We will introduce the reasons why the unit house "MOBILE SPACE" was chosen and its implementation effects through a case study. The selected site for the new children's gymnastics class TAC Kunichitachi, operated by the Tokyo Athletic Club, a pioneer of membership-based comprehensive sports clubs in Japan with a 50-year history, was our product located under the elevated railway. The building was planned by the railway company to effectively utilize the space under the elevated railway, and we are using it as a tenant.
